Every toy starts as a digital 3D model — either designed from scratch or sourced from trusted design files.
The model is "sliced" into layers using special software that creates the instructions for the printer.
The printer builds up the toy layer by layer using quality PLA filament — a safe, durable plastic.
Each piece is cleaned up, inspected for quality, and packaged — ready for a happy new owner!
